Process language: patented processing / high-pressure homogenization (GEA Ariete class in the 2025 expansion notice) — platelet / dispersion family, not a Cu-CVD mill.

Capacity the company states

• Pre-expansion: up to 40 t/year.
• 3 Jun 2025 order: next unit to take the Consett line to 140 t/year. Graphene-Info later (Jul 2025) says that expansion completed.
• 2023 scoping study talk of a much larger Québec plant (MD&A cites an initial target near 9,868 t/year) is a study, not a built mill. Do not file Québec as operating.

How to read it

40 → 140 t at Consett is a company scale-up at an existing UK site. It is not 4,000 t GrapheneBlack and not a 2004 flake foundry.
