2015

Nov 2015 — Haydale. FY2016 results recap: placing and open offer raised £6.0 million (before costs). 2 Nov 2015 prelims had already flagged a conditional placing (~£5.6 million plus £1.0 million open-offer clawback language). Well-supported as year-end RNS recap of a completed raise.

27 May 2016 — Directa Plus AIM ~£12.8 million at 75p.
23 Sep 2016 — Haydale. Result of placing: ~1.27 million new shares at 160p for about £2.0 million, plus director/management subscription £55,600. Tied to the ACM acquisition story in the same morning’s release. Well-supported result-of-placing RNS. FY2017 later also cites an oversubscribed placing and open offer of £2.59 million before expenses financing ACM — do not double-count without reading both notices side by side; the September 160p line is the one with a same-day result RNS.

27 Jan 2017 — FGR A$3.52 million at A$0.11 (asxpdf 20170127).
Aug 2017 — NanoXplore ~C$9.70 million RTO.
Haydale FY2017 results (10 Oct 2017): strategic investment £3.26 million by Everpower International (9.9%). That is a named strategic stake in the RNS highlights, not a marketed placing.
