How we log dollar figures

Not advice. A figure on this site is a quoted statement plus a label.

Prefer

1. A primary: SEDAR+/ASX/AIM notice, SEC filing, DOE/EC page, company PDF.
2. The unit next to the number.
3. Date the statement was made.

Trade portals (Graphene-Info and cousins) are radar. They can introduce a name or a date. They are not the shelf. [[guides/sources]]

Treat as Preliminary

• Small-cell cost talk.
• Company-stated capacity until a third party or a consistent production report exists.
• A tonne figure that exists only in a portal paraphrase.

Treat as Unsourced / forecast

• “The graphene market will be $Y billion in 20ZZ.”
• Price targets.
• Screenshots of a ticker with no filing.

Stock movements

Listings, announced raises, grants. Not “up 12% today.”

If a later filing retracts a number, the page says so. It does not vanish.
